- Do you replace the MLS?
- No. We work with the listing and inquiry loop you already run, and collect public data only from sources written into the scope.
- Will every office get a chatbot?
- Only if inquiries die outside business hours or staff cannot triage FAQs. The bot must write into the CRM or calendar - not create a second inbox.
- What about iBuying or valuations?
- Those are not Reckap products. If a model is in scope, it is a named analytics job with your data and an owner - not an AVM brand.
- Do you work with local brokerages?
