Key terms that apply when you work with Reckap on AI automation and software projects.

  1. Our work is typically delivered under a separate services agreement or statement of work that defines scope, pricing, timelines, and any specific responsibilities on both sides. Those documents will override anything on this page where there is a conflict.
  2. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all deliverables, models, and code we create for you are provided "as is" without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. We'll always aim for production‑ready quality, but you remain responsible for how the solutions are used in your business and for complying with any applicable regulations in your industry.
  3. By starting a project with Reckap you confirm that you have the rights to share any data or systems we need to access, and that you won't ask us to use AI solutions in ways that violate law or infringe on the rights of others.
