How Reckap handles access, retention, and collection when we work on billing, agents, or public-data pipelines.
Access
We ask only for the systems needed to deliver the scoped job. Credentials stay with named operators. We do not use client data to train public models.
Healthcare
Medical billing and pharmacy work follows the access and retention rules written in the engagement. Reckap documents process and least-privilege access. We do not sell HIPAA certification as a product.
Ethical collection
Scraping and extraction stay on allowlisted public sources. Scope includes robots.txt and terms review, rate limits, fields, and retention. We do not collect from authenticated areas we are not licensed for, and we do not bypass controls.
